We’ve also streamlined how we organize products, reducing over 30 categories to 10 primary categories with relevant subcategories. If you are a consumer – upon signup, select that you are not affiliated with a business. You will be prompted to fill out account profile details and can start shopping.
Please note, it will take approximately 3 business days from your submission date for your account details to be processed. If you have not heard back within that time frame, reach out to our customer service team for further support.
If you created an PhotonMedics account before May 1, 2025, you will still be able to access it on our redesigned website using the same email address – there is no need to create a new account.
Simply enter the same email address you used when setting up your account. Instead of using a password, our updated login process now sends a one-time 6-digit passcode to your email for a secure and simplified login experience.
Once logged in, you may notice your Account Profile page and header look different, with some information now located in new places. If you are unable to find information, please contact our customer service team and someone will be able to support you.
For security and verification purposes, the name on your account is based on the billing information used during your first purchase. If you were ordering on behalf of someone else or using a company card, the billing name may differ from your own.

An order confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to your registered email address. If you haven’t received order confirmation details, check your junk mail, as our emails are generated automatically.
You can also view your order online if you have an account in “Orders” under your profile.

After placing your order, you’ll see your order confirmation live on screen and you will also receive an email with your order number and details. Orders are transmitted quickly into our warehouse to process for shipment, making cancellation sometimes difficult. Discounts and promotions apply only to in-stock items and are valid on purchases made through PhotonMedics .com only. No special orders will be accepted with a discount or promotion. Discounts apply to list price only and are not applied to any other specialized customer pricing. Promotional offers cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other promotional offers. Discounts do not apply to prior purchases.

You can view your order history by logging into your account and navigating to the “Order History” section. Please note that order history is accessible only from December 2023 onward. Orders placed before this date will not be available in your account. If you need access to an order placed before this date, please contact our Customer Service team, and a representative will assist you.
Exceptions include:
Delivery inspection is required on all truck shipments – All truck shipments must be fully inspected by the receiver before signing for the delivery to insure there is no concealed damage. If you cannot inspect immediately, make a note “pending inspection” with your signature. Any damaged shipment received should be refused by the receiver. These guidelines must be strictly followed in order to receive any credit on truck shipment orders.
Note: PhotonMedics does NOT provide overnight delivery on orders that require truck delivery.
Fuel Surcharges – Due to escalating fuel charges from our freight carriers, we are forced to pass on a fuel surcharge on all truck orders.
Your shipment is 100% insured against loss or damage.
Damaged or Short Shipments
You are responsible for claim processing. If the shipment arrives damaged or with parts missing, contact the carrier immediately. Before we can make any adjustment, you must file the damage claim with the carrier. Be sure to save the product packaging. Damaged and short shipments must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 PM EST will ship the same day if the item is in stock. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday if the item is available.
Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer, and lead times can vary. Please refer to the product page for the most accurate shipping information.
